Yes. Every wine delivery we make is signature-verified: the driver checks ID at the door and confirms the recipient is 19 or older before handing over the case. A photo proof of delivery is captured at every handoff.

Do you pick up from wineries in the South Okanagan, Cowichan Valley, and Creston Valley?
Yes. Penticton, Summerland, Oliver and the Golden Mile Bench, and Osoyoos are on our Okanagan pickup routes, next-day, with same-day in Kelowna and West Kelowna for orders in by 12 PM. The Cowichan Valley and Duncan are served next-day from our Nanaimo hub on Vancouver Island, and the Creston Valley is on our next-day Kootenays routes alongside Nelson, Cranbrook, Castlegar, and Trail.

How do you keep wine temperature-safe?
Cases cross-dock the same day at our climate-checked hubs and are never left sitting on a hot dock. Temperature-safe handling runs from the cellar-door pickup to the signature-verified handoff at your member's door.
What happens if a member is not home?
We never leave wine without an adult 19+ signature. A failed attempt returns to our climate-safe hub rather than being left at the door, and the case stays temperature-safe until it goes back out.
How do we connect our wine club platform?
